Prices:

Exhibitor tables at the Book Fair are $700. Each table includes one ticket to the symposium and two complimentary tickets to the Book Fair. Half-tables are also available for $450. Each half-table includes one ticket to the symposium.

The CODEX Foundation has negotiated special rates at local hotels for exhibitors and symposium guests. Please see the hotels and lodging page for more information.

The CODEX Book Fair and Symposium closing cocktail party and dinner at the landmark Berkeley City Club will be on Wednesday, February 11 at 7 pm. Tickets are available for $60 per person. Reserve early.

Admission to the CODEX book fair is $15 for a three day ticket and $10 for one day.
Admission for students (with ID) is $5.
